Industry night with former PhDs
An industry night was organized on the 16th of May 2023 where former PhD students now working in the industry came and presented their careers. The event was hosted by PhD representatives Kaan Etikan and Jens Bergenudd in collaboration with Stefan Larsson. The presenters were Stefan Larsson (KTH), Therese Arvidsson (Tyréns), Fredrik Gränne (NCC), Larissa Strömberg (Svevia and KTH) and Anders Selander (Cementa). The presenters were chosen from different areas and professions of the industry. Attendants could discuss future career paths in a friendly environment and learn which kind of challenges might await them in the future and learn how to solve them in a sustainable way. The plan is to have this as a recurring event so make sure to keep a look out for future events.
